Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be delighted with your book. If there’s a problem, we’ll make it right.

Returns

You may return any physical book within 14 days of delivery if it arrives damaged, defective, or not as described. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Please note:
• Limited, numbered Premiere Editions and signed items can be returned only if damaged or defective, due to their collectible nature.
• Digital products (audio, e-books, downloads) are non-returnable.
• Don’t send anything back before contacting us.

How to start a return

Please use the contact form on our website with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Photos help us resolve things quickly.
We’ll confirm next steps and where to send your return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll email you with the outcome.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Pre-orders

You may cancel and refund a pre-order any time before the book ships.
If the project is delayed beyond the expected timeline, you may request a full refund at any point before dispatch.

Printing-Run Contributions

Any voluntary contributions toward the printing-run costs are considered designated support for that purpose and are non-refundable, even if you cancel a pre-order.

Exchanges

If your book arrives damaged, we’ll replace it with the same edition (subject to availability). For limited numbered editions, if replacements are unavailable, we’ll issue a refund.

Return shipping

If the item is damaged or defective, we’ll cover return shipping.
For other returns, shipping costs are your responsibility.
